After a break of 2 years, Karan Johar is all set to direct his next Hindi film titled Student of the Year. He had been dabbling in serious films such as My Name Is Khan and Kabhie Alvida Na Kehna and even though those films did reasonably well at the Bollywood box office, they failed to garner the critical acclaim which Kuch Kuch Hota Hai had managed to get. This is why I think Karan Jo is getting back into light hearted romcoms.
