Upcoming Akshay Kumar Movies in 2017
His first release is Jolly LLB 2. This film also has Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla and Annu Kapoor. The film is slated to release on February 10, 2017. Read more about Jolly LLB 2.

Next, he’ll be seen with Bhumi Pednekar and Anupam Kher in Toilet – Ek Prem Katha, which releases on June 2. The movie is helmed by Neeraj Pandey. The film is a light-hearted comedy revolving around the awareness of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Akshay is also making his debut in the Tamil film industry this year with the superstar Rajinikanth in 2.0. The film is directed by Shankar. He plays the role of an antagonist in the film, Dr Richard, who transforms into a bird-like creature after a failed experiment. 2.0 is the sequel to Enthiran (Robot in Hindi) and will release during Diwali.

The fourth film that Akshay Kumar will be doing is Pad Man, which is also his wife Twinkle Khanna’s production debut. Pad Man is a biopic on Coimbatore’s social entrepreneur Arunachalam Muruganantham and will narrate his journey of finding a way to make cheap, affordable sanitary napkins for women in his village.
